NOTHING quite hits the spot like a deliciously-cooked roast leg of lamb on a Sunday afternoon.
But there’s nothing worse than waiting around for ages for your meat to cook, only for it to come out dry and tasteless.
A foodie has taken to TikTok to share how she gets her leg of lamb perfectly tender using an air fryer.
Not only does this recipe produce delicious looking soft and juicy lamb, but it doesn’t take an age to cook either.
Known on TikTok as ‘perimaskitchen’, food fan Solina Naidoo has a whopping 227.7k followers and 2.4million likes on the video sharing platform.
The foodie regularly shares her food recipes to the platform and one of her most recent videos is bound to leave you very impressed.

So if you have joined the air fryer gang, this is definitely one worth trying and it’s safe to say, our mouths are now watering, so if you are a fan of lamb, you’ll want to listen up.
Solina uploaded her video and said: “Can you air fry a leg of lamb?” as she demonstrated how she does it.
The food fan explained: “This is a 1.8kg leg of lamb - first add oil.
“Air fry at 160 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes, then add basting and air fryer further at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-50 minutes, depending how you like your lamb done”.

Solina explained that her method of basting (to moisten and soften foods during the cooking process) involves adding oil, crushed ginger and garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and a little smoked paprika to the meat.
In the video, we see Solina demonstrate the process of cooking her leg of lamb.

At the end of the video, she shows off the finished result as she confirms: “It’s so tender”.
Solina serves up her lamb on a plate with roast potatoes and vegetables, as she pours a thick gravy over the top.
Her video has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up 498.4k views.
