Pip Edwards poses nude in her home sauna as she 'recharges' after US trip

Pip Edwards recently returned to Australia after a whirlwind work trip to US to promote her activewear label P.E Nation.

And on Friday, the 41-year-old businesswoman took some time to recharge in her sauna.

In the comfort of her own home, Pip appeared to go nude for the self-care session.

'The only way to recharge and recalibrate is to sauna,' she captioned a picture of herself in the steam room.

Earlier in the day, the Bondi It girl had shared an image taken inside her stunning Rose Bay property.  

'Home sweet home, back in my cosy nook,' she wrote in the caption. 

It seems Pip's trip to New York City managed to help her reflect on what matters most.

On Wednesday, she posted a photo she had taken from her window seat as she jetted out of the Big Apple. 

At the time, she wrote: 'It's been real. But it's so home time for me. And I can't wait to get home. Home, is where I wanna be.'

Earlier she shared a photo of her shopping bags, clothes and shoes strewn across the floor, along with a heartfelt caption.  

She wrote: 'Packing to finally come home after this whirlwind visit to the states to make up for the past two years of being apart and actually I can't wait to get home.'

Pip started her trip in Los Angeles on November 11 and kicked off the whirlwind trip with a hike in Runyon Canyon.
