Calm down, Internet. Selena Gomez was not pregnant back in 2012, her rep confirms to Us Weekly. The rumor is "100 percent fictional," her rep tells Us.
In Touch reported this week that Gomez, 21, got pregnant in 2012 — when she was still with Justin Bieber — but miscarried the baby. The magazine also alleged that she wanted to have the child and went into a "downward spiral" soon after that led to her rehab stay…two years later.
"She wanted that baby. She was convinced it was meant to be and that it was a sign that she and Justin should be together forever," a source reportedly told the tabloid. Another alleged Bieber insider added: "His team felt it would ruin his career because at the time he had a clean image."
Gomez and Bieber, 20, were last spotted getting cozy together at Coachella in Indio, Calif., where they were joined by Kendall and Kylie Jenner. The outing for the on-again, off-again couple sparked jealousy for Gomez, however, as she felt Kylie and the "Boyfriend" singer were a bit too flirty with each other. A source later told Us the women "had an issue" but "cleared it up."

As for Gomez's recent rehab stay? It wasn't because of a miscarriage. As previously reported, her rep told Us the "Come & Get It" singer entered a rehab facility to "get herself together" back in February. An insider added: "She has been working nonstop for six years. She needs to take some time for herself."
It seems like she has. Gomez is now expected to sign with Katy Perry's manager, Bradford Cobb. She also reunited with estranged friend Taylor Swift at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala in NYC on May 5.
